Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- D+ Cup swimwear (due to specialized sizing and fitting requirements)
- Swimwear with removed tags or protective liners
- Items that show signs of wear or have been altered

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to our address using a trackable shipping method
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your new item
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
