Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and specialized fitting requirements, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- D+ Cup swimwear (due to specialized sizing and fitting requirements)
- Swimwear with removed tags or protective liners
- Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
